Do you pick up items I no longer want?: In order for us to pick any type of material, we first need to consider quantity. Give us a call, we would love to see what we can do for you.
Do you buy cardboard?: We only buy cardboard that is baled, or large amounts. We can defiantly accept small amounts of cardboard at our locations without any fees to you.(No wax cardboard).
How much do you pay for my recyclable material?: Recycled materials are a commodity. Prices changes daily. Keep in mind, we pay top dollar for recycled material, and we will match or beat any competitors price.
How does the points system work?: It’s fast and easy, the bigger the transaction, the more points we give you.
Can I set an appointment incase I get out of work late or my only free day is on Sunday?: Sure you can! We care about service, and everybody counts. We only need for you to bring a large quantity of material. Give us a call or shoot us an email to set your appointment.
Why do you need my I.D.?: It is to protect you, the community, and our company in case the material was stolen.
What if I lost my loyalty card?: You will just need to pay $1. Don’t worry, all your information is stored on our database, we will just need your first and last time to transfer all the information to the new loyalty card.
Do you recycle plastic bottles?: Not right now. That is a project we have in consideration, follow us on facebook so you can find out when we announce it.
